To say my DH was excited is putting it mildly. We were lucky enough several years ago to witness a evening launch. It was purely by accident, we were at his softball tournament in Altamonte Springs and thought we were being bombed by another country (huge fireball and noise)........then someone told us northerners it was "just the shuttle" no big deal to the florida teams, but not one of the guys from Ohio played ball til it was out of site......TOTALLY AWESOME. He is making us leave hours ahead of schedule so we can be in the area by launch time. Our 7 year old will see his first launch if all goes right.......lets all keep our fingers crossed.cindy
