OT: Bitty Baby Stroller

I just got the AG catalog and they have free shipping for the next week or two. Was thinking of getting the Bitty Baby Stroller and Backpack. Has anyone had any issues with either?

My DD has the twin stroller and the suitcase. Not quite what you are looking at, but if the quality of the other pieces is a good as what we have, they are awesome.

AG customer service is AMAZING. We have the old style pram from BB (we loved it) but the spring or something is broken so it leans to one side. Well they can't fix it, and they can't replace it with the same because they are no longer made. But we can send it back in for a full refund of the amount paid or exchange for merch credit to get other things equal value. I thought that was amazing. No matter how old it is it doesn't matter. So yes I think the quality is awesome

My DD has the double stroller for the bitty twins. It is really well made-she likes it alot.

We have all the bitty baby furniture and the big pram and I think the quality is excellent- and like someone mentioned, so is the customer service. Thanks for the heads up about the free shipping.

Thanks ladies. Yes, they have free shipping if you get the catalog. There is a code on the order form for it. There is no minimum purchase required, which is nice. I didn't see them just offering free shipping on their website. I think around Christmas time you had to spend $100 for free shipping. My daughters bday is in April, but I think I might order the stroller and backpack now and maybe get an outfit to put in her Easter basket.

We have the tandem twin stroller. It is very well made and has held up beautifully as it is now about 4 years old. I only have one criticism the little plastic piece that is supposed to hold the wheels in place breaks. I have, however; been able to get replacements easily and quickly. Mine is a bit older though, so they may now be using a different method to hold the wheels on now.

We have both. My daughter has had the backpack for a year or two and honestly hasn't used it much, but it is still in great shape. The stroller gets used daily by her, her older and younger sister and often neighbors and her cousin and still looks brand new--she just got it for Christmas though.

My two year old just got the stroller and diaper bag for her 2nd birthday and LOVES both of them. She plays with them everyday (it has only been 4 weeks, but I suspect she will continue to play with them). She also got the toybar as a gift and likes that too.

Our 2, almost 3, year old DD got the stroller and diaper bag for Christmas. Both are well made. The stroller takes a beating not only from DD but her two brothers and we haven't had any issues with it breaking.
