Actually, Disney sold an Oswald plush several years ago when they first obtained the rights to him from Universal:

If they made these things with detachable ears, you could have a single plush that could be Mickey or Oswald depending on your mood.


....or even some schizophrenic third creation.

Love that! Last year, they had a collector's plush of a black and white Oswald last year. They also had a canvas print available. I got both because I love this little guy!

I don't know if it's just me, but I am not entirely too excited about Oswald. I think it is because of the history of Oswald and how he was stolen along with animators (if I'm not mistaken). On the other hand, it is interesting to see him back in Disney's hands.
