Yeah! I was hoping Happy Feet would win, (even though it's not Disney.) Especially since Cars won the Golden Globe.

Arrrgh...don't you hate it when someone calls in the middle of a television show you really want to watch! But it was DH, so I had to take it!

I'll have to rewind during the next commercial (I've got DVR) to see what Gore did; he doesn't give me issues.

I'm glad Arkin won, as I thought he deserved it. I really thought Cars would take it, even though Happy Feet deserved it for the risks the film took. Yeah for competition for Pixar!

So, Affleck's reputation is being rehabilitated? He's a screenwriter, now...I know he IS one, and it's appropriate for the segment of the awards he's hosting. It's just that I find it fascinating how the shows present the presenters and help them earn their cultural capital (back, in Affleck's case).
