The following is a part of an article about the Osborne lights which was on the AOL City page.

Does anyone know anything about the holographic glasses mentioned ????

"Special holographic glasses add a psychedelic dimension to the experience, while a nightly 'snow' fall, Christmas cookies, hot chocolate and apple cider will keep guests in the holiday mood. The 2006 spectacle introduces a new musically choreographed angle to the experience, with dancing lights that flicker in tune to holiday favorites every 15 minutes. Visitors will also be able to enjoy nightly performances of the 'Hollywood Holly-Day' parade featuring holiday-themed floats, chorus performers and all your favorite Disney characters. -- Faiyaz Kara and Terry Ward"

They had these before...back in like 2001/2002...they were navy blue...
They just made all the lights look like little stars, but were supposed to look like angels...not a great effect, you aren't missing anything. :3dglasses

We used the glasses years ago, but they weren't available last week when we were there. You'll love it anyway. We went twice.

They sell them at Cracker Barrel. They are about $2. You can get ones that show snowflakes, snowmen or "Merry Christmas" when you look at lights. We bought the snowflakes and the snowmen. Pretty cool! :goodvibes

So in addition to places like Cracker Barrel, Lowes and Home Depot, you can get them directly from the manufacturer. I got into the Cast Preview via a friend this year and they were handed out there. The manufacturer is American Paper Optics Inc. They call the product HoloSpex.

Here's a direct link to their HoloSpec web page: http://www.3dglassesonline.com/holospec.html

But then there's also this page:

Since they are the manufacturer of the Disney glasses, you may want to email them to make sure you get the right pair.

Happy Holidays!

Those are the EXACT glasses my kids bought at Cracker Barrel!

We just got back from WDW, and have no idea what this is about. I did not see anyone wearing any special glasses for the lights, altho I suppose it's possible that there is such a thing as glasses that make stars from the lights. It's a beatiful display with your own eyes! The dancing thing is fun (altho the extra "music" for it is too loud). Spend some time wandering thru it, and be sure to look for the PhotoPass photogs for pictures.
