Did Disney announce when the opening night will be? I saw on easywdw.com that it was fri nov 8 but wanted to confirm ot

Not sure if they have or not, but the November 8 date sounds right, since I believe it's also the first night of MVMCP and in recent years they start on the same night.

the wine and dine half is on the 8th and part of it is running through the lights so my guess is that its before then

On Nov. 8, the only "Wine and Dine race event is a party (no running) that takes place at the LMA Stunt Show arena.

The actual run through DHS is on Nov. 9 that begins at Wide World of Sports starting at 10PM and won't actually get to Streets of America until well after DHS' closing time (which is 8PM Nov. 9.)

haha well im running in it so i probably should have known that but still its around that date because thats part of the run.. well it has been in past years.
