Osborne Lights during EMH?

If we go to MGM during the extra magic hours, will we be able to see the Osborne Lights or is that only during regular park hours?

The Osborne Lights are at 6-8 daily, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks where they are 6-10pm and on Nov 30 and Jan 8 they are only 6-7pm.

I know that last year the Osborne Lights were open during EMH. Yes, they overlapped one day-the first day of EMH was 1/2, which happened to be the last day of Osborne Lights. So I'm figuring they'll be open during EMH this year too.
