Okay, this is the first time I have done a trip report so bear with me. I have just had so much fun reading them I thought I would give it a spin.
This will be our familys fourth trip to DL together; 3/2001, 3/2004, 11/2007 and this March. I must admit that the November trip was the most enjoyable time of year but we can't miss school so we are braving SB again. This will be our youngest son's 1st trip; he is 4, in 2007 we followed our visit with a cruise to Mexico so he stayed with Auntie. (I know, bad mommy) We are also traveling with our 12-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son (they did go on the previous trips)
A little background; my husband is disabled. He can get around fine BUT he gets tired out fairly easy when doing allot of walking so we HAVE to take a mid day break.
Here is the plan;
Friday, 3/26[/B]- Leave Sacramento at 1 or 2 for the 6 hour drive to DL. Staying at Anaheim Plaza Hotel.
Saturday, 3/27- Use MM to visit Fantasy Land (figured that is a good place to start for a 4-Year-Old's first visit). Spend most of our time at DL until our afternoon break. Return to DCA for Pixar parade and a few rides. Reservations at Goofy's Kitchen at 8:20.
Sunday, 3/28- Split morning between DL and DCA. Dinner at Big Thunder Ranch (have heard mixed reviews; have also heard Woody/Jessie are here is some posts but not all?? Woody is are FAV). Stay at DL until everyone can't walk anymore.
Monday, 3/29- Morning at DL. Evening at DCA so we can catch light parade. Lunch at Rain Forest Cafe.
We are trying Ridemax; thought it might help with the lines and the walking. I will post more when we get back. Wish me luck!
