Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes

Hi everyone. I have a 6 BR home reserved through Orlando's Finest. Has anyone ever stayed in one of the homes. Was it nice? It looks nice on the internet. Thanks for any info.

The web site is Orlandosfinest.com. The pics of the homes are nice and the price are great, espcially if you have a lot of people going and want to stay in the same room/home.

I don't normally do this but I'm worried by this web site. Firstly there is a California telephone number and secondly some of the pictures don't tally up with the front of the homes. For example, there is a five bed home featured which quite clearly has views of Sunset Lakes shown. The front of the home shows that it was built by Greater Homes who built Indian Point / Indian Creek and not in Sunset Lakes! Further one of the interior shots is also of a home on Sunset lakes !

Have to say I'm also worried about who looks after the home. Before you book ask all the key questions:

1. Who is the local MC ?
2. Are you a member of CFPMA ?
3. Are you a member of Better Business Bureau ?
4. Are you a member of Chamber of Commerce ?
5. What are the arrangements for collecting the key ?
6. Security deposit arrangement ?
7. Where is the home situated ?
