Orlando Vista Hotel?? Need Advice!!

So I'm surprising my mom with a trip to Disney on the Dec 7-9. However, I am a late planner and didn't get a chance to book a Disney Resort room. I have reservations at the Orlando Vista Hotel. Has anyone stayed here/heard reviews? Anything? I appreciate whatever you can tell me! Thanks!

We stay there one night in May. I got it thru priceline. Easy to find, front desk staff was very nice. On site little Counter Service place was an Au Bon Pain it had good food. Rooms were nice & fairly large. Hotel was clean. We got a really nice welcome pkg with granloa bar, gum, Advil, Razor, Peptol Bismal & coupons. There was group of High School kids with a Band. We did not hear them at all just saw them around the hotel, they were all very nice kids.
