Okay, so we have never rented a vaca house before but are considering going in w/ another family to do it this summer. We would need 4 bedrooms. What kind of prices are we talking here? Do you think they will be cheaper this year because of the economy? Does anyone know of a reputable agency?

Thanks a bunch!

We have a house we stayed at in 2006 and are planning to stay there again in the fall. We found them through a rental search in 2006, however, it is privately owned not through an agency. I will PM you the info. It was very reasonably priced compared to many of the other options we looked at and we were very satisfied. No problems.

We are staying offsite too and I used Homeaway.com. Alot of the houses are very reasonably priced for the size you need. And almost all of them have their own pool not a communal pool. I'm very excited to be staying in a house since it will keep down on the bickering between the kids since they will have their own rooms. I found a 4 bedroom for $500 a week!

I suggest www.orlandovilla.com they have many villas 900.00 to 1200.00 a wk. You find a many villas to choose from. If you have no problem with the rate you will have a good time selecting one. WH is very nice.

Hi there,

We are renting a house in Orlando this May, it's dub-dub-dub IndianCreekVilla dot com. It's about $750 US a week?
