Looking for some feedback on this attraction please. It would be me and my 6 year old daughter.

Is it worth going?

Also, i will be driving from the airport Hyatt. Will the traffic be really bad on a Saturday??

Thanks!

We have been but can not comment on a 6yo. Mine are 21, 16, and 10. We went to the Beatles light show my 10yo DD loves the Beatles go figure?

While there we saw a guitar exhibit and my 2 guys enjoyed that.

It is easy to get to right off the highway a bit.

There are parts that a 6 yr old will love - like Kidstown. My kids could stay and pick oranges all day long. Oh wait, they have! ;)

Worth going? Yes. I think a six-year old will enjoy it.
The traffic from the airport on a Saturday should be fine and not a concern.

My kids (15,13,10 and 4) love the Orlando Science Center and we've visited there several times at various ages. We always find something that interests everyone and usually spend at least a half-day there. If you have a musuem membership at your local museum they have a reciprocity program, so you may be able to get into the Orlando Science Center free.

Thanks everyone! Love the link to the 2 for 1 deal!

We were just looking at somewhere to go for a few hours after our Disney cruise. I know we will be tired a little bit and didnt want to try to do a park. This will be perfect!!

Thanks again!

I went to the Orlando Science Center on Sunday because I really need an education about the attractions around Orlando. I enjoyed it more than I expected, and I like science enough that I used to have an annual membership at the Academcy of Sciences in San Francisco.

The flight simulators on I think that it was the 3rd Floor are very entertaining.

Because I was not in the mood for Subway food, which I eat fairly often, I went over to the cafeteria of Florida Hospital across the street from Orlando Science Center. Right outside of the cafeteria is the Disney Pavillion, which I thought was cute. The Disney Pavillion is for the pediatric section of Florida Hospital, but there is no need to go where the patients sleep to see it. I just wanted some food with low carbohydrates and knew that a hospital was a good place to get it.
