i find that the best and up do date info can be found on these threads.

it's current and based on experience.

you can find out last minute additions to the park hours, closures, changes, etc on the Dis site.

the OP asked if it is worth it to purchase a tour guide program.
i would say no.

why pay for something that is free?

Agreed. Plus a lot of folks who run planning websites post on here anyway, you always get a great answer. Seth's book is about the best source of info if you want to pay for something, and you can take it with you.

Good afternoon,

This is the last time I'll be posting on this thread, so please continue to contact me through my site if you have questions (I've enjoyed answering all of them!).

I wanted to end my contribution to this topic by letting any interested DISboard members know that we are now offering a double guarantee for our subscription service. At the risk of getting an infraction, I'm including this link so you can learn more:

http://www.orlandoinformer.com/subscribe/#doubleguarantee

For those of you who have reached out to me, it's been a lot of fun hearing your feedback. I do hope that OrlandoInformer.com continues to grow as it has over just the last few months, and that I will be able to expand our services to include additional features (like a wait time app) and new parks (like SeaWorld).

Thanks again. Here's to planning the vacation of a lifetime in Orlando! :cool1:
