Hi!

My brother bought the Orlando flex ticket a couple of weeks ago, and has turned to me for some help, but in all my visits I have never actually bought it so was hoping one of you could help.

He booked the ticket online and opted for fed-ex delivery, which came very quickly. All that was in the envelope though was a piece of A4 paper with a barcode and an order number - no names, no "thank you for booking" letter, or anything . . . it just all looks a bit unofficial. Has anyone else booked this and received the same thing? I went onto the website, but there seems to be no function to look at a previous booking, and I have emailed the contact address twice and it has bounced back both times (which has worried me a bit!).

Thanks!:goodvibes

Which website did he use?

We have had tickets this way before, our A4 piece of paper didnt state any names, just 14 day Ultimate Ticket x 2 and a barcode. We just took it to guest services and they exchanged it for 'real tickets'. I would imagine its the same for the Flex Ticket! :confused3

Thanks, that puts my mind at rest a little!! He used the official flex-ticket website, it just worries me that their email address doesn't seem to work.:goodvibes
