Orlando Feis, Presidents Day Weekend

Our family, DW, DD(11) and myself will be coming to Orlando for the Orlando Feis (Irish Dancing Competition) on Presidents Weekend 2014. We will be staying in RPR for 2 days and 3 at the Hilton Orlando. Any suggestions as to, weather, transportation or park touring as it will be our first time to Universal Orlando, (Many times to WDW and DCL), and our first time out of the Disney Cocoon (DME, Dis Hotel, Dis Transportation) Thanks for your input.
