:)For those of you who have used both services, could you please tell me which one you prefer and why. I am getting close to the wire on reserving a crib for my grandson. I know that they both deliver to the resort and one actually delivers and sets up in the room, however, I really need to know if we pick up the crib at bell services how easy is it to assemble, cleanliness, quality of bedding, etc. Any and all information and/or opinions is welcome and appreciated. TIA!

WDW doesn't allow non-employees to enter the rooms except for the guests of the resorts. I don't think that one company would be allowed into your room to set up the bed.

Not true. I have used Orlando Crib Rentals numerous times and they always come up to the room to deliver crib and then back up at the end of stay to take it away. I highly recommend them. The cribs and bedding are nice and clean. The cribs literally just sort of fold up (even though they are full size). It takes longer for them to tie on the bumper than to set the crib up! I would never want the hassle of assembling one myself. Orlando cribs takes care of everything. As soon as you have your room number, just call and they are at your room within about 45 mins to set it all up and you get a spare crib sheet and blankie (at least with the 1 wk rental which is what we use)

I never knew there were places that rented these baby supplies. This is AWESOME!!!!! :)

I assume PP meant they would not have access without the guest. :) That is great if the company is willing to coordinate the times like that.

There was a recent thread on the Resorts Board about grocery delivery vendors who deliver to the guest's room. There were problems with some of the delivery people "demanding" an additional tip from the guests and the guests felt obligated to pay. It was noted that Disney doesn't allow non-Disney vendors to deliver directly to the guest room and are only supposed to deliver to the front desk. But some do even though they are not supposed to do it.

In the same vein, pizza and other fast food deliverers are not supposed to deliver directly to the guest room.

That is horrible! (The tip demand I mean.) Good to know the policy. I can't imagine Disney monitoring guests' "guests" very well, but then again bringing in a crib would be a little obvious at most resorts.
It sounds like if someone still wants this kind of service, their best bet would be at OKW, SSR, or maybe Kidani (or reconsider whether a crib is definitely needed if there is a chance of having to assemble it).

We rented a stroller from ABBF it was nice because the stroller was in the lobby waiting for us when we got there. It was really clean, and practically new looking, you could barely tell it had been used! It was also nice that we could leave it in the lobby and they picked it up. But I was very happy with the condition the stroller came in.

I've only had experience with ABBF, but I'd probably go with Orlando Crib Rental. Last time we were Home, ABBF pretty clearly lost our reservation for a stroller, put my husband on hold for over 20 minutes (likely, looking for said reservation), and finally delivered the stroller hours later.

I left a note with the stroller when I dropped it off at Bell Services, before we left, just making it known that we were a little less than pleased with the service.

Once we got home, the owner/manager called. Four times, on all the available numbers. Not to apologize/inquire/try to suss out the issue, but to explain why we were completely in the wrong, and ABBF was completely right. And proceded to argue with my husband about it until he hung up.

I'd have given them a second chance, but the phone call demonstrated their approach to customer service such that I'm not inclined to bother again.

We rented from ABBF in November. It took dh maybe 10 minutes to set up the crib.

We had really great service from them.
