POLICIES & PROCEDURES
For in-room childcare and mothers helpers, advance reservations are recommended. It is advisable to book your childcare reservation at least 2 weeks to 30 days in advance.
We are able to book in-room childcare reservations up to 3 months in advance. Our reservation staff is available from 8:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week. They may be reached at 1-800-696-8105.
Kids Nite Out cares for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. We also care for sick children and children with special needs. (please call for details)
Our professional caregivers will arrive at your hotel or resort room wearing our signature purple polo shirt with the Kids Nite Out logo embroidered on the left side. They will also be wearing a Kids Nite Out nametag and identification badge. Our professional caregivers arrive prepared with a toy bag, age-appropriate activities, and arts & crafts.

The Fine Print
*All rates are hourly based. Four (4) hour minimum charge . Caregiver transportation fee is $8.00. Reservations that begin after 8:59pm require an additional $2.00 per hour premium. Cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice. Advance reservations are required. Holidays and special events require an additional premium. Rates are subject to change.
In-Room Caregiver Qualifications
Our professional caregivers are at least 18 years of age
Our professional caregivers are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid
Our professional caregivers are trained by Kids Nite Out & must complete Walt Disney World Traditions
Our professional caregivers have previous childcare or teaching experience
Our professional caregivers are thoroughly interviewed, screened, references are checked, and they are fingerprinted by local law enforcement
Many of our professional caregivers possess advanced training, a state teaching certificate or a CDA certificate.
Additional Information
Water activities are not permitted. (bathing, boating, swimming)
When traveling to a theme park with a caregiver, transportation cannot be by private vehicle. Shuttle, Mears, taxi, or Disney transportation service is acceptable.
Please be aware that theme parks do not allow our caregivers admittance for free. A mothers or fathers helper will need a theme park ticket purchased for their admittance.
Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations may begin as early as 6:30am and/or may begin as late as 11:00pm. There is no limit to the number of hours that you may utilize the services of a caregiver. (During the Walt Disney World Marathon in January, reservations may be booked as early as 4:00am.)
If a caregiver is needed for an eight (8) hour shift or more, we request that a meal be provided for the caregiver.
We accept credit card as the only form of payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for your convenience.
Our caregivers are able to accept a gratuity in cash if you feel that you were extended exemplary service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour notice. Please make sure that you speak to a live person when you cancel a reservation.
