Is there a easier way to get our luggages from Hyatt to United terminal? I'm looking at the airport layout, and it looks like they're situated on two opposite sides of the airport. Also, our flight is at 6pm. What time can we check our luggages in with United? Thanks in advance.

The check in counter for the airline are in the same building as the the HYATT. Once you check in you will have to go through security and catch a tram/train to the terminal where the gates are located.

I would suggest you call United about when you can check in your bags. It varies by airline...

I fly United pretty much exclusively...I always get in the chekc in line for domestic about and hour and fifteen minutes before departure and I've never had a problem.

We stayed at the Hyatt when flights were cancelled due to weather at our detination. The Hyatt's bell desk took our luggage from our room directly to the airline's check in desk. The bell person picked up our luggage at our room when we checked out, put it on a cart and went with us to the airline check in. It was great.
I believe that they can not check bags in more than 4 or 5 hours before the scheduled flight, but check with United directly and they can tell you.
