Orlando airport lines?

When we went to WDW in February, the lines for both airline check in and security were awful. After the airline check in, you walked back of the counters to discover even longer lines snaking around to get through security.

We're going again in 9 days. For those of you who have recently returned, what were your experiences at MCO for the return trip? Has it gotten better over the months or is it still bad?

I'm trying to figure out how much time to allow at the airport.

Thanks

We have used MCO 9 times in the last year and have never waited more than 5 minutes for either checkin nor security.

Orange County when we went to Disneyland was another matter (but still only about 20 minutes)

We do a Disney cruise almost every month, and I'm happy to say that the situation at MCO is steadily improving. Also, they are in the process of re-configuring the security lines which should help even more. The only thing I hate, which I don't think theywill be able to change, is that the stores are on the other side of security, i.e. you cannot shop in them after you have passed through. I'm sure that there business is hurting because of this...I have noticed some closures.
