I will work on these in a sec but I thought I would answer your questions first. Light transfer paper will work but I don't believe you will like the results on lime green t-shirts. The reason is that everyting that is white on the DISign will be clear. That will make the faces of the stick people green You can either put them on white tshirts and use the light transfer paper or get the dark transfer paper and use the lime green shirts. I am going to assume you will go with the green and use a black border. Then it can go with anything either way. Since the DISign will be vertical instead of horizontal I think that it turns out better on adult XL sizes. With the youth small, you can use 1/2 page (that is what I did on my shirts and my older wears a youth medium). The only other option for the bigger shirts is to cut out each character and iron them on with more space. I did the shirts for adults in our group with an XL and a 2X and I think with the vertical DISign it was fine (I did NOT like a DISign I made last year with a horizontal DISign on the larger shirts, it just looked too small ) OK, enough with me chatting I will work on the DISign
