Original Mickey Mouse Club emblem in B&W

This may already be here somewhere, and I just don't know where. I'm looking for the original Mickey Mouse Club emblem in black and white for a T-shirt for MNSSHP. I know it is probably here somewhere because I have seen folks talking about it for parties in past years. I just someone might know who designed it or where I could find it.
