Hi.. we are going to Disney in May for the pretty much first time (DH & I both went more than 20 yrs) as a family.Does anyone have a good format of how they are tracking their ADRs, parks they are going to go to etc. We are not doing the meal plan so our ADRs are not tied to our reservation. Trying not to get overwhelmed but it's not easy!

Thanks!

Hi...I went to Barnes & Noble and bought the Little Black Book of Disney..its purse size...hard cover..bound by spiral..has place at the back for notes that is where i keep the ressie numbers and phone numbers. It's a good reference book and has small fold out maps.

Even though I put alot of thought and planning into our trips, I condense everything down to one page....usually either hand-written on a legal pad (or such) or printed off the computer. I use three columns--Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I label down the side with the day/date. In each column, I put which park or activity and any ADR info for that meal (name of restaurant, ressie # and time) or label with 'CS' or 'resort'.

Hope this helps

I put mine in a simple excel spread sheet. I break up each day by morning, afternoon and night. I might not fill it all in exactly but it help me get an overview. Then we decide which park to go to based on the magic hours we do or dont want to participate in. Remember to allow plenty of time to get to your ADR if its in another park or resort.

We have a 6yr old daughter and 12 yr old son and they are interested in different stuff so we kind of have to do this to keep everyone straight and we usually get to do and see everything we want to do and see bc of a little advance planning.

Have fun!!!
