I like to use ziploc bags to pack our toiletries, etc. One for toothbrushes and paste, one for medicines and firstaid items, one for shampoos, one for deodorants and colognes, one for brushes and combs, one for makeup, you get the idea. Thus I end up with half a dozen ziplocs of bathroom stuff. I've come up with what I think is a great idea to keep them all together and visible.
I've taken a 30" shoelace, tied one end to a shower hook, and tied on a small plastic clothes pins every 5" or so. I will then hook it to a towel bar in the hotel bathrooms and then clip each of the ziploc bags down the length of it. I expect it will take up less room than cosmetic bags.
