Do many sit down restaurants have an organic or no sulfite added wine?

Or will I only be able to drink in my room due to allergies?

I would use google to see what wineries don't add additional sulfates. (Grapes/wine naturally have some level of sulfates). The added sulfates usually come from using them to stop mold growth in a vineyard or as a preservative in the wine.

Anyway, once you find out what wines don't add sulfates or are organic then see if they appear on winelists at WDW. I learned this:

The level of sulfites in wine is measured in “ppm”, or parts per million. In the United States, conventionally made wines are permitted to contain up to 350ppm of sulfites. Organic wine-making typically limits the threshold level of sulfites to 100ppm, and levels are generally much lower (around 40ppm to 80 ppm).

Jiko has a few different bottles of organic wine on their menu, all Reyneke wines. You can also order them through private dining at Jambo. I don't recall if they had them in the gift shop and they did not have any at Boma this summer which was surprising.

The Wave, Shulas, Coral Reef and Tiffins all sell organic wine by the glass and bottles.

I read once, somewhere, that all California wines contain higher levels of sulfates and Italian and French wines contain Much less and some contain none.

I've never researched this tho....

If it is a sensitivity to sulfites you have and not a true allergy, look into Wine Wands. I am very sensitive to sulfites (I get really bad migraines) and my DH found these things you order on line that are supposed to remove a lot of the sulfites in wine. I have found that they work really well. I don't recommend them for champagne though, I find that they change the flavor of champagnes and make them a bit bitter. They have helped me quite a bit when lower sulfite wines aren't an option.
