Ordering water, how do I fill out the shipping info?

I am planning to order water from Costco for our next trip. Could someone please tell me how to fill out the shipping info? What all info is needed? We are staying at POFQ.

I'll be doing it for the first time this trip, but got this info from another thread.

First Name Field: First and Last Name.
Last Name Field: Reservation #XXXXX
Company Field: Disney's All Star Movies Resort
Address 1 Field: 1901 W. Buena Vista Dr.
Address 2 Field: GUEST ARRIVAL DATE: xx/xx/xx
City, State, ZIP Field: Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000

They also suggested having the tracking number & who signed & when so they can't claim they don't have it.

I am trying to order from Costco using the above directions and keep getting an error message that address isn't found. We are staying at Pop Century. Didn't know if anybody else was having this problem or not??

I just sent water to POFQ and used the physical address, not the PO Box. I also put my guest arrival date in the same area as the reservation number. The water is delivered by mail service and is received by the office, not bell services. Hope this helps!!
