ordering items for the cabin

I know that there was a post a while ago about a place that you can order wine, etc to have delivered to the ship. Instead of using what Disney cruise line has to order.

I think the persons name was Shirley?

Shirley will do just about anything for her clients/friends! She is truly 1 in a Million!

She made up a wonderful Key Lime Basket and a blue carnation floral arrangement for my Mom and a very wonderful Mickey Mouse Puppet basket for my son during our 9/28 cruise. Worth every cent and definitely pleased all of us!

Everything was beautifully put together, fresh and fragrant.
You can even get special orders or have something special placed inside the basket if you contact her way before your cruise. She's originally from Key West and has taken Southern hospitality to a new level.

I have heard nothing but nice things about Shirley and her baskets!

Last May we stayed at the polynesian Concierge and ordered baskets for our kids from WDW florist. Concierge had set them up in our room upon arrival and I have to say my kids (2 and 5 at the time) Loved this! I had the florist sign the card......Love, Mickey and the Gang. Kids thought that was the coolest

I look forward to doing this again on our Cruise.

I just wanted to add about the messages and signatures for gift baskets - I believe it is so "cool" for the messages to be from Mickey, Minnie and gang etc - I have signed from everybody imaginal - children just have this one chance in life to believe in good stuff for they grow up so fast into a world that has so many facets of good and bad - for them to have the innocenses that they were born with while on their cruises then let it be - the time will come when they will not believe in "such childish things" for very long.
Again this is my thoughts and feelings about children and letting them believe in such -

the basket I ordered for my son in January was wonderful. And because Shirley knew that we would be going to Key West, she also included maps, and other info on key west to the basket. This was wonderful!

We have used The Perfect Gift on both of our cruises and will be using them again.

DD8 actually believed that Mickey himself left the tote bag for her with all of her favorites. She was amazed at how he knew exactly what she liked! His pal Donald left one for DH and she could not believe that Donald knew what beverage DH liked to drink. They are only young once. Let them live the 'Magic' and the "Wonder' of it all.
