Ordering groceries to resort

Okay so we've decided to order groceries from gardengrocer.com to be sent to the resort. They will be taken to POR guest services and then I will pick them up when we get back from the park. My concern is that we have a couple of items like milk and OJ mixed in with the non-parishables. Will they let the front desk know that those two items need to go in the fridge or how exactly does that work?

I'm just worried about milk being out for a couple of hours and am wondering if I need to hurry back so I can put them up in room.

Yes it will be kept refrigerated for you! We just used gardengrocer in May for the second time and we arrived so late at night that we totally forgot about our order until the next morning. We called down and it was brought to our room in about 2 minutes and the milk was nice and cold.

The groceries get delivered directly to Bell Services, not to the front desk. Bell Services has a fridge and freezer just for this. No worries ... they do this every day.

I can give you the weird example of ... well, me! Ever since I was a little kid I've been hypersensitive to the taste of milk. I've always been able to taste if milk has been out of the fridge for too long, even if it is again refrigerated to an acceptable temperature ... it slightly changes the taste and I can taste the difference. My mother always hated that about me ... if another family member left the milk out on the table at breakfast for too long, I could tell later in the day (and it's not like I was home to know it was left out for an hour).

Anway, now that I've outed myself with this weirdness, I can tell you that I've received 2 grocery deliveries at WDW, one at POFQ and one at CBR, both from Gooding's (www.goodings.com). Both times, the milk was just perfect!!!
