Ordering from the Carthay Circle menu at the Lounge?

Hello! I am going solo to DL & DCA in a couple of weeks and while I am there I want to indulge in one of my favorite Disney activities: sampling yummy foods! I very much want to try the fried biscuits and fire cracker duck wings that are on the menu at Carthay Circle; however, I would prefer the flexibility of the Cathay Lounge. Does anybody know if I can order these two items at the lounge? I did not see these listed on the Lounge's menu. As a solo traveler, I want a quicker & less formal meal.

Nope. The lounge menu is only in the lounge and the restaurant menu is only in the restaurant. They have separate kitchens and separate POS systems.

No. I agree it would be nice, but due to the 2 kitchens, it is not possible. I've contemplated getting a table, ordering biscuits and a box, then take them downstairs....
