Ordering from Crocs.com

Has anyone ordered from Crocs.com? I wanted to get a pair of Disney Crocs but I've been to a couple of stores and noticed they only have the regular Crocs or Disney Crocs for kids. I noticed they ship directly from their Canadian warehouse so that's a bonus. Just wondering more about the shipping times, cost and whether anyone has had a good or bad experience.

Yes I have odered from crocs.com. I clicked on the canadian thingie at the bottom and ordered them from them. That was 2 Christmas's ago. They came in quickly with no problems

I haven't ordered from Crocs but I have ordered from Holey Soles, which are like Crocs only better, imo. They provided great service and are Canadian.

Sportchek has quite a variety of crocs in store right now as well. I was actually able to get him the McQueen crocs there for which I was thrilled.

just curious, what are everyone's fave pair of Crocs? I like my athens and mammoths followed by beach and mary janes. what is your preference?

I saw that they have the micky ones at the softmock whearhouse in whitby yeaterday, kids sizes, you might check out thier website you can order them online too.

I think the Minnie Janes are really cute ... are they comfortable though? I was going to order a pair of the Disney Beach (adults) but when I called Crocs, they said they were out and to keep calling back to check (she didn't know when they were going to get my size in).

If anyone is interested... The adult Disney Crocs were $39.99 and shipping was $10 by Canada Post (their warehouse is located in Quebec).

Crocs.com doesn't ship to Canada, you have to order from Crocs.ca which is in Quebec. My experience with them was horrific to say the least.

-they hardly ever answer the phone so you have to leave a message, it took three calls back and forth because I missed their call everytime they called.

- they took my order, told me my crocs were instock and that I should have them within 4 weeks (fine because we aren't going away for 10 weeks)

-at five weeks, I call, they say my order is now being processed, I should have them within a week.

- a week later, still no crocs

-two weeks later, still no crocs, call again and they say they are on the way

- one week after that, they call me to say they are just processing my order and that they have the wrong Credit Card #, could I give it to them again!

- at that point I tell them I don't want the crocs, that I am leaving in a few days for vacation and that the whole process was completely ridiculous!

- we come home from vacation and about 2 weeks later I receive a bill from Crocs Canada for the crocs that I never got anyway!!!! I totally freaked! I was so mad that I didn't even call them, just never paid it. That was about 8 months ago and I haven't heard from them since.

- my advice would be to NOT order from Crocs Canada!!!!!!!

Here I thought I had solved my little problem. Now it looks like I may have made it bigger.
When we were at WDW recently I bought a pair of the Disney Beach Crocs for my mom. I was in a hurry and bought the mens' size instead of the womens' size I was looking for. Realized the problem when we got home. Emailed Crocs, but did not hear back. Decided to sell the humungus pink Crocs on EBay and set up a listing. Heard from Crocs; got a RMA number to exchange for the right size and took down my EBay listing. Was delighted, because now I'd still be able to give the Crocs as a gift in the proper size.

Will let you know if they deliver or not!

I am not sure where you are but I am heading over to the States soon and am going to check out a Crocs store that I just heard about, hopefully they have the ones I like. If not, I will be buying them off of EBAY. I could actually add a few things to my post....but will not because they probably would offend someone. Anyway, you all get the jist!

Offended? On an Internet message board ... no way I'm just kidding - I hear ya!

I think I may get my cousin to send a pair to me. She lives in the US and so she can order off more websites than I can. Last October, I checked out the Crocs store in MCO. I don't think I saw any Disney Crocs there. Mind you the clerk was busy with someone else and I had left DF standing in the security line so I didn't want to wait around too long. Maybe I'll give them a call and see if they've changed their stock.

I noticed your ticker says you're going to be POFQ - I'm going to be there as well! Maybe we'll run into each other Look for the gal wearing the white and pink Crocs (hopefully)

I'm telling you. Give Holey Soles a try. Same type of shoes but they are the original in Canada. Excellent customer service.

I second that! I find Holey Soles more comfortable than Crocs. My favourite is the "Getaway" style.

I'm personally not a fan of Crocs or Holeys (I'll take a pair of Keen's any day) - but wanted to point out Costco stores are now selling Crocs for $24.99

The store here in Ottawa/Kanata did not know if they were getting any Disney models, but since Costco does move a lot of stock - it's very possible!

My kids had holeysoles and Disney crocs the Holeysoles are still going strong all the crocs have fallen apart the shoes actually had tears in them where the mickey heads were. The holeysoles never had a problem and the holey soles were even around a year longer than the crocs. Mind you the fad is waning and many stores around here no longer sell either holey soles or crocs thankfully as I hated both of them.

Bunnyfoo - we were just at the Croc's store at MCO last week and they had tons of stock and many new styles. I think they had adults Disney ones - if not you can get them at Disney - they are everywhere.

DH got a pair of these (non-Croc wearer) and loves them:

I ended up ordering from a place called SurfandDirt.com I think it took about 3-4 days to ship and the Crocs were $29.99 + $5.95 shipping. I tried to order them through Shoebuy.com but they were out of stock on the colour I wanted (Pearl/Pink).

The Crocs store at MCO has a huge selection of styles but no Disney Crocs for some reason. I ended up buying a pair of sandals and DF picked up a pair of Caymans. I was kind of surprised at that because he doesns't like Crocs (or so I thought). I really wanted to get the Celeste but thought I should probably save that for another trip. Gotta love shoe shopping in the US - everything is sooo cheap
