Has anyone ordered Crocs from the company website? Did it take a while for your order to process? Was it prompt? Did they send an email notification when items were shipped? Approximately how many days before you received your crocs from the day you ordered?

Thanks for any assistance!

I haven't ordered from Crocs.com because my friend owns our local Hallmark shop so I always buy from her. Our DD's have been friends since 2nd grade and I went to her house the other day to pick up DD13. Their garage was packed full with huge boxes full of Crocs -- hot pink and purple! My fingers were itching to snatch a pair, just one little pair. I seriously don't know how they haven't been robbed blind by some Crochead!

Yes, I've ordered several times. We wear the "unusual" ones that I can't often find in stores. I wear Niles and my husband wears Professionals or the new ones made for diabetics. I've gotten a confirming e-mail quickly after the order and the Crocs have always arrived in a week or so.

If you're having a problem I suggest you send them an e-mail and ask for help. They've been great when I've contacted them.

It also took about a week for me to receive my Professional and Cayman Crocs from Crocs.com, but I couldn't find any styles other than Beach (sizing does not work for me) or Athens locally.

Hope they arrive soon!

We ordered crocs on line last year, never did get them. They sent them to an address in another state. I was refunded the money for the shoes but not the shipping costs, never again.

Thanks, Minnie! I love your user name!! I couldn't find anything other than the Beach or Athens, either. I bought my daughter a pair of the beach in light blue, but I wanted something different. I ordered 2 pair of Cayman on the 5th, but haven't received a shipping notice or anything. I see my order online, but it doesn't look like it's been filled. I tried to call the customer service number, but was asked to leave a message for a return call, which I did. Oh, well.

My daughters found a new ballet slipper style of crocs they are dying to try, but they were only available at Bloomingdales. It would be nice if the entire line would be available at more retail locations!

Thanks for the info!

Thanks - I thought it was fascinating when WDW had the Minnie Moo cow (RIP) that you could visit. I always look to see whether the cows at the dairy farms near where I live have any interesting markings.

You have a cool user name too! Did you work at the Disney POTC gift shop in the past? I always thought it would be fun to have a little boy to buy pirates stuff for.

Maybe your shipping notice was perceived as junk mail - I check my junk mail box every day when I'm expecting an order confirmation to make sure it wasn't automatically sent there. It may take a full 7 days or more after your order date to receive them. I think mine came the day after I started getting antsy!

Thanks! I worked in the Pieces of Eight Gift Shop outside POTC at Disneyland when I was in college! All day long boys (and girls) would put on the fake hook hands and battle eachother with swords! Argh! Enjoyed the job, though!

Nothing stuck in the spam catcher... maybe they'll call me back tomorrow!

I was curious, so I went to Bloomingdale's website and saw those ballet style Crocs. Too cute! I just ordered some Cayman Crocs from the Crocs website, but now I may have to get a pair of these too!

I caved in and ordered the Ballet style for them from Bloomingdales. They won't ship until early August... not sure if they were in stock and sold out or if this is the first shipment ever. They look cute and comfy! My kids were more excited about the metallic colors... go figure!

Glad to hear those crocs are coming your way! I'll have to check out the ballet style.

Love the lake view in your signature.
