i can't find a similar post, so please point me in the right direction of I'm missing it :)

We are traveling with a 2 year old, and on the DDP, but she won't be obviously. I know at buffets she's free, but What are he options at the sit down restaurants for her?
Does every restaurant offer some sort of fruit cup? Can I just order her extra sides from the kids meal? I don't see pricing for just the sides anywhere. She really doesn't eat a whole kids meal, but would it be more economical to just order a whole meal for her anyway?
I plan on bringing snacks along, but she can't last a week on gold fish :)
Thanks!

Kids' meals are one price. The sides are usually not posted separately (some restaurants might be different but that is standard at the Disney operated ones). Whether or not they will sell you just a fruit cup, or even just give it to you, you won't know until you ask at the restaurant.

We never ordered a separate meal for the toddler - he shared with us, and yes several places offered a fruit cup for a side or in place of dessert.

You'll have plenty of food to share at most places and definitely don't be afraid to ask for an extra side or something. We offered to pay OOP for any extras but were rarely charged for it at the TS. It obviously will vary based on restaurant and even server, but never hurts to ask :)

I'm going in December and would get my toddler to share with me most of the time. I would probably bring little snacks for him like his cookies if he wants to munch on something other than what we order.
