Ordering for delivery from Wal-mart or Amazon...

Hello,

I am going to order a case of water and orange juice from either Wal-Mart or Amazon. I'm arriving Friday morning, October 5. When should I order and should I specify in my delivery instructions that it's a hotel? I assume if it is early, the hotel will hold it for me.

I've ordered several cases of water from Walmart or Target on recent trips. I'd place the order on October 1 and use the following for the shipping address:
Name of LEAD Guest on Reservation
Arrival Date
Name of Resort
Address
City, State and Zip

Also, the front desk has the ability to charge to your room up to $5 per box that is shipped there but I've always (and many others on this site) been charged $5 total. Well worth it!
