ordering dvd

I have tried to request a free dvd about universal and ioa but not received.

Where do you normally order yours from?

Did you try ordering from the US site? As I think being from the UK it won't post to you!

I ordered mine from the UK site - here - can't remember how long it took but it wasn't longer than 2 weeks
