Forgive me for boasting - but I just ordered my first certificates on-line! Anytime I figure out how to do something without calling the company and going thru the dreaded voice-automated system is a big deal for me!
If you want to try it, log on the www.bankone.com/disney and call up your account (you will have to be enrolled first - directions are easy and process is painless), go to "manage rewards". On the drop down menu go to "shop order catalog" and the certificates are the first things listed.
I know how many computer experts are on these boards, but if you are internet-challenged like me - this is such a victory!

Glad it was a positive experience for you! I also ordered mine on-line and they came rather quickly. We will be using ours very soon!
