Ordering a Birthday Cake

We will be celebrating our DD's "Sweet 16" bd in the MK starting with breakfast at CRT. Can someone please tell me how to go about ordering a birthday cake? I thought at one time I saw a thread on how and where to order cakes along with pictures of the different cakes. Would also like to order one for her on Easter Sun. as we are having dinner at Park Faire.

Also, any ideas on what we can do throughout the day in the MK to celebrate? Is there someplace I can order a custom made tshirt for her or have something sent to her?

I have never order a cake, but there is a lot of good info in the thread.

Also don't for get to get her a b-day pin. I'm not sure where you pick it up but it is some where on Main Street.

If you're staying onsite they'll give you one at check in too. We went in October and got our buttons at check in. (DS turned 2 and I turned 35 while we were down there)
