Order of Quests?

is there a specific order you have to go in? if there is can someone pl post it? i will have it right here:

Divers Suit Quest

how do you get in the tank? i am having so much trouble! i have my suit on, do i have to double click on door or something? what?

You stand in front of the door,say Dive! and then click on the ground.

Btw,it is not a tank.
