Just had by credit card deactivated. Called them, put on hold for an hour. The people on the phone are totally clueless. They said my card was compromised. I don't care, I need my card to work. They said they would send me a new card in 15 days. I said, will it have a chip in it? They said no. I've had it with these scammers. They don't even have any rooms available for Disney. **** ORBITZ! DIE IN A ****ING FIE!

I think your gripe should be with your cc bank. They would be the ones to deactivate your card.

As for not being able to book Disney hotels through Orbitz, I'm with you there. It was good while it lasted. I have found in dealing with Orbitz that it's best to use their online chat to get anything accomplished. At least that group of staff has some knowledge of the English language. By phone, they're a hot mess.

Why are you blaming Orbtiz for the card being deactivated? It would be the bank that controls the Orbitz Rewards Visa card, Comenity Capital Bank.
