Orbitz & MagicBands

Just curious if you booked through Orbitz for your room only reservation if you received your MagicBands that you customized in the MyDisneyExperience and how far out did you receive them? I'm 22 days away and my bands haven't come yet. The MDE still says they are being customized and will ship soon but I'm worried I won't get them because I booked through Orbitz even though I did customize them in the MDE.

Not sure about the timing of the bands, but you might want to check to make sure that your address is listed under your Disney account and not Orbitz's address.

Thanks! I did make sure to change the Orbitz address to mine. So not concerned about that. But thought I'd have them by now and the MDE still says they will ship soon. It has says this for a week though so I'm wondering if the website just isn't being updated? Would love to have the bands though so I can stop worrying!

We are leaving at the end of the month (about 17 days from now) and we got our magic bands last week. I got the notice they were shipping one day and the very next day I got an email saying they were sent out along with a tracking number.

I called WDW 3 days in a row and finally got someone that could help me. Turns out that my magic band order was stuck in the system. After being on hold for a lengthy period of time while the cm worked with technical support and the 3rd party company that does the magic bands, he came back on and made a new expedited magic band order for me. I should have my bands by early next week! Fingers are crossed!
