We were thinking about AP's (DVC members) so I am thinking about getting park-hoppers from Orbitz and then upgrading them at the gate. We are 90% certain we are going again next May but if that trip doesn't pan out, we won't need the AP's. With this deal, I would just buy the tickets we know we'd use for our October trip. By then, we will know if we are going in May and we can upgrade then.
Question...when Orbitz sends you the confirmation (voucher) number, can you use that to link to MDE so that you can make FP+ reservations?? That won't be a deal-breaker, but definitely something to consider.
