Orbitz DLR Tickets

What is the worst that could happen if I bought my tickets through Orbitz? I know they are nonrefundable, but if something happened and we couldn't go on the dates later this year, would we be able to use the vouchers anytime, say, next year and pay any price increase difference?

Are these upgradable to annual passes if we decide to do this? While we are there sometimes we do and sometimes we don't decide to upgrade for a summer trip.

I have not purchased tickets through Orbitz, but I would email them to ask if the vouchers have an expiration date. Disneyland tickets often do have expiration dates on them. For example, if you bought multi-day tickets through Disneyland.com today, the first date of use must be on or before January 13, 2016.

Thanks. Yes. I always thought one could use tickets anytime in the future... even years.... and just pay the difference.

Discover Card has 5% back for Orbitz and 5% back for internet purchases, so I thinking of taking a shot with that route.

I know with all of the Orbitz ticket purchases from February when the rebate was high that someone must have had the experience of not being able to use the tickets on the days they put on the voucher.

I believe that Discover will not give the 5% on internet purchases on travel sites. I think you could still get it thru the ShopDiscover portal though.

I have read reports on here of people using the vouchers after the original dates entered. I have also read about people upgrading them and getting full value towards the upgrade.

Where do you go on orbitz to get the dl tickets? I don't need flight or hotel, just the tickets and can't seem to get there. Help...
