Orbitz booking

I was thinking of booking thru Ebates/Orbitz for our next trip.

My question is, if you book thru these types of sites if a discount is later offered thru Disney on your hotel can you call and have it applied to your reservation or are you stuck with the price you were given when you purchased?

We went thru a travel agent last time and she took care of everything which was nice.. However I thought it might be better to save a few bucks booking it all by myself thru Ebates/Orbitz Any Advice?
