orbitz and DME

I booked my room at pop through orbitz and wanted to book DME someone posted a link to book DME and I entered My flight info and Orbitz confimation number but have recieved no response or info pack from disney how long out from trip should i recieve DME info or should I book Town car service.

If you don't receive materials 14 days in advance, call.

Sometimes they don't accept reservations from you when you booked via a travel agency. Try again 10, 5, and 2 days out.

Get the name of each person you talk to.
