Orbitz/Airtran Question

I have noticed that from Philly Orbitz seems to have the best rates for flight and rental car. I am worried that we will be split up (traveling with a 6 year old) on the plane. I know that you can pay $6.00 on Airtran to pick your seat. Can you still do this if you book with Orbitz?

Yes, you can. First I booked with Orbitz, then I went to the Air Tran site to choose my seats.
