It's at the west end of 192 then take the north exit for 27. It's only a couple miles up.The are quite a few subdivisions etc. in that area. There's a Super Walmart on 27 close to the exit for 192, a Burger King, Lowes, etc. along that stretch. I haven't stayed there but have driven through the area. It seems nice and not as much traffic as 192. Probably take 20 min or so to Disney maybe less using the new 429 toll road and Western Way into Disney.
Someone else that's stayed in the area may be able to give you more info.

I live one subdivision over from Orange Tree. Usually a quiet area. Takes me about 25 mins to the WL with a small amount of traffic in the afternoons. Grocery stores, Wal Mart, fast food, sit down restaurants and library all within a 3 mile radius. Any other questions, ask away!
