Orange Tree Villa's

Some friends of mine, are enquiring about a Villa, for their up and coming trip, and are looking at Vill'a's on the Orange Tree estate, with a company called travel options direct(which I see from previous threads others have used).
The Villa is 2 miles north on US 192 on highway 27.
They are both drivers so travelling isnt an issue.

Anybody know what these villas are like?
Anybody have experience of this company?, as for some reason, they dont ask for a damage deposit,only a £150 deposit.

Driving wise how far is it to WDW, looking on the map, we guess around the 10 minute mark.

Any help would be appreciated, so I can pass the info on.

I don't know too much about Orange Tree, but I have come across it during my own searches for villas. It looks like a new community with some very nice villas.

I would say you are looking at closer to 15 minutes from WDW, but certainly within a comfortable travelling time.
