I'm gathering that you have a reservation at OLCC. Unless you are part of a package that requires going to the presentation, then just say no from the beginning and don't go. The presentations seem to run the gamut depending on the salesperson. Some people have described it as light, others moderate, and some pushy. I tend to think of them as moderate but unless there is a reason to go to the presentation, I would just skip it.

Skip it unless you are bound to it! If you must go, tell them up front that you have no intention of buying. If they tell you it's 90 minutes, leave after 90 minutes! Be pushy yourself if you need to be! It's your family's vaction.

they are using up your time - just tell that you aren't interested and don't be - no questions at all.

Fortunately I didn't have to do it when I was there (via SkyAuction). I did see that they have a breakfast for the people doing the tour. I believe that time is NOT counted towards the 90 minutes, so either skip the breakfast or don't dilly-dally.

OL is very nice; hope you enjoy your stay!

Tell them that you have been looking at several timeshares because you like the idea, but you are leaning toward buying one near your home because you will be allowed to use the amenities yearround. It worked for us. They then tried to entice us by drastically reducing the price down to like $4,500 ( I was actually thinking twice at that point) but we stuck to our guns and they cut us loose.

Amazing what I will do for a pair of Disney tickets.:rolleyes1

We went while staying at the resort to get the tickets they were offering. It was very long and our salesperson was pushy. When we said we didn't want to buy, before they cut us loose we had to talk to a marketing person who invited us back within the year at a great price yada yada. We ended up just being mad at ourselves for giving away so much of our time that morning.

What kind of tickets or incentives are they offering at OLCC for attending this timeshare?
