Hi guys,
I've just started work for OLCC in their owner referral department. I don't really know much about the reputation of the company as far as how they treat their owners ( I've played golf there quite a lot so I know that there's nothing wrong with the facilities and accommodations) and what the timeshare presentations are like so I'd very much appreciate any information/views that particularly owners or guests of owners might be able to offer.

As I now work there I'd appreciate if anything REALLY uncomplimentary was emailed or PMed to me as I don't want to upset the bosses in my first few weeks LOL. :teeth:

Thanks for your help, it's an aspect of the company that can only be learned from talking to the owners/guests direct.

Congrats on the new job Vernon!

Any staff rates going :rolleyes1

Have fun in your new role Vernon! :)

we have been owners there since 1989. It was the place that made us fall in love with Florida.
Started off in a two bed golf course villa, now own a three bedroomed Tennis villa.
we love the place!
We now have a vilaa in Kissimmee but keep the OLCC for the facilities and a place to put people up in.
The resort is fantastic, the staff are superb and the accommodation is first class.
With the new water park being finished this year, why would anyone want to go to WDW :rotfl: :rotfl:

Downside? the restaraunts are expensive, but they are only on a par in price terms to WDW resorts. we just go out for meals.

We have friends who have owned there for about 12 years but who have never been back...make of that what you will. I'll ask them for any comments.

So....what kind of rates can you offer????
They don't make the special offers out to "the general public", so you have to have been referred by an owner to be eligible for the offers.

Gilld you should ask them to put you on their referral list so you get the offers, it's always nice to have another option and as Obi Wan says it's a very nice resort. That new water park/feature looks like it's going to be a great facility for the owners/guests, I'm most disappointed that the staff don't get the chance to use the pools LOL, it would be a nice way to start the day spending a couple of hours round there LOL, although I'm not sure I'd be too keen on rushing in to pick up the phones :sunny: .
