DH will be attending a conference in February.
I won't be able to attend with him, so I will have to drop him off in the morning, and I would like to pick him up for lunch, then drop him back off for his afternoon classes.
Is it possible for me to do this without paying a parking fee?

You can pull up out front where he can meet you.

I've come & gone by taxi or bus when I've been there, but see no reason why you'd have to park if you are picking and dropping :).

Just be aware that if you are onsite or near WDW, that is a bit of a haul in weekday rush-hour traffic. It might take you an hour each r/t am and pm.

You'll want to keep that in mind when choosing your accomodation. If you are onsite at WDW, it would probably be better for him to take the car and you to use WDW transportation. If you are offsite, you might want to stay closer to the OCCC (the Sea World neighborhood), so that you are not driving so far so many times.

There is a drop off point on International Drive that you can drop him off and pick him up. If not there he could meet you in the Rosen Center parking lot or under the marquee. The hotel is a short walking distance from the convention center site.
