ORAL-B or SONIC toothbrush?

Would like to purchase one, trying to stay ahead of plaque...any suggestions? Are the basic models sufficient or do you need the bells and whistles/angles etc/

I have a sonic oral B I like it a lot. It has 3 modes high , soft and massage I only use the high. The Oral B replacement brushes are much cheaper than the Sonicare ones.

For me it came down to head size. I have a small mouth (can you hear DH laughing?? ) in fact the endodontist had to use kiddie-size instruments. The Sonic is too big for me because of its rectangular size. The smaller, round head of the Oral B was much nicer.

I have the dual-speed brush with the two minute timer and I love it. It holds a charge for about a week which is nice for short vacations.

I got the sonicare through Bzzz Agents and I really love it. If you are interested, PM me and I would be happy to send you a $10 rebate for the sonicare. I have to say I always pooh poohed getting one because of the cost but I really love it. I have to remember to buy the extra heads because DH is really itching to try it, and I'm getting nervous he may try to use mine

My DH just got a Sonicare e5000. He loves it! He has told me that there is nothing better than his teeth feeling really clean!

He uses power brushes all the time and really likes this one the best. I also got the product from Bzzagent and have a $10 rebate.

Me too! I have a small mouth too, but a lot can come out of it!!!! I have the Oral B model too and I love it!!!!!
