Options for a 4YO girls birthday

My DD turns 4 in Oct and we are planning to take her to Disneyland for a birthday trip. I'd love some thoughts on fun things we could do.

I was planning on doing the Discover the Magic Tour, but with all the changes I know we will be disapointed (we did it in May 2006 and LOVED it).

I would have loved to do the Fantasmic Dessert Buffet from the Disney Gallery but that is closed.

So.. any ideas. I'm debating the new Princess Breakfast depending upon the details. I also thought about getting her dolled up at Club Libby Lu and/or the afternoon birthday party at Plaza Inn. But I'd love to hear other thoughts too. The crowd will be me, DH, DD and my parents.

Here is a link to a list of things to do for a birthday at the park. Be sure to get your DD a birthday button and the special birthday phone call from Goofy at City Hall on your way into DL. We did the Plaza Inn birthday party for my DS and we loved it!
